Birlinn shortlisted for Publisher of the Year by the Saltire Society!

Today, the Saltire Society announced that Birlinn has been shortlisted for their Publisher of the Year Award, celebrating the best in Scottish publishing.

In challenging times, we are delighted and humbled to be on the shortlist for the Publisher of the Year Award. The recognition is as rewarding as it is inspirational for every member of our superb team. Together we present Birlinn as a forward-looking company, breaking boundaries, celebrating Scotland’s story in all its forms and reaching readers through new, innovative platforms.

In addition to this, six books published by Birlinn have been shortlisted for Scotland’s National Book Awards, administered by the Saltire Society. Read more about each of them in our blog post here.
