In desperation, Scotland Yard turn to Sherlock Holmes, the world’s greatest detective. He is surely the one man who can sift fact from legend and track down Crimson Jack before he completes his tally of death. As Holmes and the faithful Watson tread the blacked-out streets of London, death waits just around the corner.

Robert J. Harris’s thrilling murder mystery spins a web of fiction and history. In a further twist, the novel is a tribute to the classic Universal Pictures Sherlock Holmes film series starring Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce, which brought Holmes and Watson to wartime London.

Robert J. Harris will be interviewed by Jonathan Whitelaw live on Zoom to celebrate the launch. We hope you can join us!

Once you reserve your free ticket via Eventbrite you will receive a Zoom link before the beginning of the event.
