The Royal Highland Show is famed for its food and drink offering, and rightly so – it’s one of the biggest and best displays of produce from across Scotland! Not only can you taste some of the best produce out there at the Show, you can also see it being transformed into delicious gourmet meals right in front of you at the Food for Thought theatre. Ghillie Basan, author of A Taste of The Highlands, will be demonstrating alongside some of Scotland’s other top chefs. Ghillie will be whipping up a storm on Sunday, showcasing a variety of produce and creating world-class dishes, from dreamy desserts to superb steaks!
