Ghillie Basan in conversation with Claire Jessiman
Join Aberdeenshire Libraries for their Book Weekend Scotland author event with food writer and broadcaster Ghillie Basan. Ghillie has written over 40 books on different culinary cultures, and has been nominated for numerous awards such as the Glenfiddich Award and the Cordon Bleu World Food Media Award.
Ghillie will be interviewed by local food writer the Foodie Quine, Claire Jessiman.
