A Taste of the Highlands at Gordon Castle
On Friday 17th December, Gordon Castle will be hosting local writer, broadcaster and food anthropologist, Ghillie Basan to discuss her new book, ‘A Taste of The Highlands.’
Within ‘A Taste of the Highlands’, Ghillie has featured the Gordon Castle Plum Gin Christmas cake recipe, a famous festive treat in Moray. Come along to meet Ghillie over a slice of cake, pick up a copy of the book and take advantage of the gift shop to get some of your Christmas shopping done!
